Form notification Action

This page provides information on how to add form notifications to display a message and how to remove it.

Add form notification

This action step allows you to set up notifications to be displayed on a form level.

Once the action step is selected, you need to configure it.

1. Click Configure step. Result: The "Configure set value" window will open.

1. In the Message field, write the text you want to display
2. Give it a Unique ID.
3. Select a Type:
   • Error
   • Warning
   • Info

<aside> ⚠️ Attention: These three fields are required. If left empty, an error message will be displayed when saving the flow, preventing you from saving it.

Example 1. The notification will be displayed as an info.

1. Save and publish/update your flow.

   Result: Your notification and message will be displayed when the trigger is activated.

Remove form notification

This action step allows you to remove a form notification that has already been set.

Once the action step is selected, you need to configure it.

1. Click Configure step.
2. Enter the Unique ID of the form notification that was set earlier.

1. Save and publish/update your flow.

   Result: Your notification will be removed.
